Which motherboard is better: asus P8H61-M LE or gigabyte GA-H55M-S2V

i m a noob tryin to build a average gamin pc

just wanted to know which of these mobos is better

asus P8H61-M LE

or
gigabyte GA-H55M-S2V

the cpu in mind is intel i5

if there is any other better mobo in this price range available in India plz tell

I will suggest you to go with the gigabyte GA-H55M-S2V. its providing good features than the asus P8H61-M LE. but other than it is quite costly as compare to the asus P8H61-M LE. as you are saying that you want to build a gaming PC then gigabyte GA-H55M-S2V having good graphic support than asus P8H61-M LE (IMO). I think both the motherboards are good but personally, am a fan of Asus mobo. I have purchased a Asus P5q deluxe motherboard last 3 years back and till now it is working flawlessly without any issues. Both of these mobo's have almost the same features except for the usb port that is more in gigabyte as compared to Asus and some freebies also coming to gigabyte like the, Norton Internet Security (OEM version).

the northbridge does it have a importance in gaming cause giga has h55 and
asus has h61
which northbridge is faster ?

The price given on different websites for the hardware components differ and cant be correct as you suspect. The best way to get a proper price details of a product is to ask the computer vendor whom you know or even after approacing them, they can give you the positive listings. And I think northbridge does has some gaming performance boosting, so you could go for the Asus as suggested if you want to.

Asus P8H61 MLE Motherboard with Intel H61 Chipset might cost around Rs. 4454.00 and GA-H55M-S2V lies between Rs. 2,900 to Rs. 3,900 respectively. It depends on your choice which one you want to buy. If you have a good graphic card then it does not matter which board you are using. A good gpu with enough ram and processing power is more than enough.
