There are no such possessions as pairs for the RAM with the hold up must come from a single package.

Sorry, was not so in touch with pc specs as I am now that I ripped the guy who bought them off told me it was a set of 4 ram. Two of the rams are gray on top of the heat sink and two are black.

I would have to send the four to get all replaced, since they do not become more, you may be offered a concert series of 2x2 which is really best for your team, less strain on the memory controller.

Complete the RMA form on the left (use part # q2x8g6400c4dhx as a whole because it is not on the list already), but in the comments section please specify which is the set-8500C5D Q2X4096 so there is no confusion. Also be convinced to list your contact information in the explanation section too.

Once you get a case number to post here to spur individual can ensure you get the RMA broke through and get a comparable set again.

Call Corsair support people with your RMA number and request an RMA advanced. They provide a CC number to ensure delivery and shipment of new RAM first. Once you send your defective set remove the restriction on your card.

In this way you will not be a PC. However, all suits are to be sent back and replaced as a test set.

Corsair's online store is setting up the transactions, the RMA department is not. Do you really want to enter your credit card # over a secure connection no?

Advanced RMA are fairly rare that I would not pay to have another firewall with all the details, like the store has. Its power to protect you, your best.
