Corsair CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9 unable to work in AMD

I cannot make my CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9 to work consistently at DDR3 1600. The motherboard supports the memory configuration in 1600, but the car coming in 1333.

I have tried in the days when car 11.0, 11, 11, 29 and XMP times 9.0, 9, 9, and 24. Also tried it in the car voltage and NB increase 1.2vy 1.6v memory.

So far, I have not found anything that tests well, except JEDEC # 4 (DDR3 1333) profile. Does anyone have any suggestions?

The CPU you have can only support DDr1333 or DDR1066 to run more memory than it would be more than clock speed.

Memtest86 ran all night last night. The first step was completed without error. But after accumulating errors began, with an average of 8 per pass. It was in the middle of the fourth pass, when it stopped. When he stopped the CPU temperature was 36 ยบ C, as reported by PC page health status in BIOS setup.

So I changed some of the dates and values of voltage and started another test.

What were the exact settings that were set for the CPU and memory?

Actually, I had made a mistake in the configuration of the last nights. I had noticed tRC 39 instead of 41, according to the XMP-1600 Profile. I had started another trial, but dropped out to write these values. The proof was in the second step without errors.
    Memory:
    • FSB DRAM 1:4- 800 MHz
    • 1T/2T 2T
    • CL 9.0
    • tRC 41
    • RAS to RAS 6

    Voltages:
    • DRAM 1.600v
    • CPU-NB VID +.050 = 1.2250v
    • CPU +.025 = 1.4250v
    • NB 1.240v

The memory frequency should be lay down to DDR1066 / 533MHx with the CPU, nevertheless you be capable toward attempting DDR1333 more run on that frequency

Please note that DDR3 1333 running on smoothly like my Phenom II. I know Athlon II is actually a Phenom II without level 3 cache.

For my first attempt, I put the 240 MHz bus and the CPU multiplier at 11.5, with all other cars. This gave me the CPU 2760 MHz and DDR3 1599.This had errors, so I raised the NB to the CPU 1.200vy v. 0.0250 further errors.

Taste and adjust the CPU / NB Voltage + 0.2 V MAX and adjust the memory voltage 1.7 volts and make sure the command rate set to 2T.

Meanwhile, I changed my CPU to another machine, so now I have a Phenom x6 1090T. This seems to behave much better with the times XMP. Now, using 9-9-9-25-41-2T. I still had to increase the voltage. Otherwise, he began to have errors in the second pass of Memtest86. I increased the CPU of 1,475 to 1.500vy NB 1.1 to 1.2V.
