Corsair CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9 Vengeance for P67 motherboard

When I have got this Ram module I have observed that the label says 1.5 volts. I have assumed that P67 boards wanted 1.65 otherwise something similar to that? Will this be a problem? I am assuming that this module will work on my latest custom build seeing as this is the kind of corsair ram suggested beneath the configurator and by some others. I have bought this module because it overclocks well.

16 GB in 4 strips, compatible with most Intel and AMD platforms supporting DDR3 memory type. Lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. In addition to a unique look, this product is exceptionally reliable and stable. Finally, this kit is optimized for the new platform Intel Sandy Bridge!

Yes, that fits in any case. The memory lists of the manufacturers are always very thin, but is actually as good as any suitable memory with the motherboard, memory of "best" vendors like Corsair, Kingston, Corsair, etc. anyway. The memory lists are only the beginning of the board seem interesting, then place in BIOS updates continually updates the course, no one would subscribe to the list. You should not at least make sure that the RAM collides with the cooler at the height.

I've recently bought a P67 motherboard from Asus and Sabertooth to the following store. Corsair Vengeance, 4x4GB, DDR3-1600, CL9@1.5V Now I have the problem after I've assembled everything and wants to boot the sound is heard but no Bips illuminates only the fault light on memory. Even after a long press of the button MemoryOK, which I know not exactly what makes it works! XD unfortunately. My question now is whether the two simple components are completely incompatible with each other or whether I just made a mistake.

First, you should try with only 1 or 2 bars inserted 4GB start. If this works and you get into the BIOS I would stress to increase the RAM to 1.55 V-1, 6V. Especially with fully equipped, it can happen deal the memory controller a little more juice consumption. Cannot but you should go with the higher voltage, because from> 1.65 V, the internal memory controller of the CPU may be damaged.
