AMD C-50 processor vs. intel Atom N570 for notebook

Hi, I am looking to have a notebook for myself but I am quite confused between the two processor I have mentioned in the title as I don’t know which one would be better to have?

And thus I would like if someone tell me some of the caparisoning factors that actually make them differ from each other, and off course it would be better If you specify the model number of particular notebook so that I can prefer it.

    Thanks for any suggestion.

I am not very much aware about the Intel N570 processor but still according to me you should get AMD as I am also using the same and I can say that you’ll surely get better performance as you are expecting from it. and as far as notebook models are concern you should get Acer AO522 which actually runs C50 processor. And I don’t have any complaint about the performance as it is compatible with almost all other hardware presented in the machine.

    - See while it comes to notebook, though processors are the most vital component but still there are too many other factors as well that we have to consider. And according to me almost both of them has the same capability to handle different processes. But when it comes to consuming power they are actually different.

In other words I’ve noticed while browsing netbooks that the atom processors are usually listed as about 8 hours of battery holding and at other hand AMD processors are only with six hours. Thus If suppose you are interested in longer battery life than you should have ATOM processor in your notebook.

I would like to give you some of the information about the both the processors so that you can figure out the difference and the best one among them so that you can choose any of them.

    AMD C50 –

The AMD C-50 is a dual core processor for small notebooks and netbooks. It provides a comparatively influential incorporated graphics card and a solo channel DDR3(L)-1066 memory controller. Inside the C-50 two Bobcat cores can access 512KB level 2 cache per core. Similarly to the Atom processors, the Bobcat structural design utilize an "out-of-order" execution and is therefore quicker at the same clock speed.

    INTEL ATOM N570-

The Intel Atom N570 is a dual core Atom processor for little netbooks and offers comparative slow performance but as a advantage it consumes very low power. Because of the "in order" execution unlike AMD C50 , It contains the GMA3150 graphics card on the same chip.

I am agree with the above user as if you are not concerning the power consumption then you get ATOM processor only, because of their performance.

According to my recommendation you should prefer Intel Atom N570 processor and with the very good suitability you should get either HP Mini 110 or HP Mini 210 for yourself. I am not mentioning the whole specification but still you can simply search the model for further specification.
