Overheating on AMD Phenom II X6 1075t

Just installed and built a new machine with the AMD Phenom II X6 1075T processor on the MSI 870A-G54. This is the system which is to be helpful to play the high configuration based video game and continually surfing on the internet. Now when I check the temp of the CPU then it will be indicate the temp to the higher stage. I check it on the BIOS of the system. Now when I read several article then they indicate the idle temp which is quite different. Any help to solve this overheating problem will be appreciating. Thanks.
