8 volt power supply on 12 volt rail for 100% performance

I am running speed fan on my ECS nForce6m-a v2.0 graphic card. I get around 8.83 volts max during running Prime95 software. What should I do further for better performance? Should I search for another utility? Please suggest me something needful. All your replies will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

If you follow my suggestion than I assure you that you would be satisfied with the results. Find a better multimeter and measure on one of the connectors. I would like to let you know that hardware and monitors are not reliable.

Try the below specification for your system. The software relies on it and result PC to fail Boot. Also the Vcore are supposed to be changing from 1.34 to 1.32 and vice versa frequently.

    1. P5Q Deluxe
    2. Intel QX 6700
    3. 8 GB OCZ
    4. 60 GB Vertex drive
    5. ATI 5850
    6. SILENCER 610 WATT

As per my knowledge computers are basically series of wires/voltage controlled switches and the heat losses due to the resistance in the wires/silicon:
    1. Antec Solo Case (w/3 case fans. 1x120mm, 2x92mm)
    2. Antec Neo HE 550 PSU
    3. Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 3.2GHz w/Thermaltake Big Typhoon
    4. EVGA 680i SLI (122-CK-NF68-AR)
    5. 2x1GB OCZ Flex XLC PC2-9200 memory
    6. EVGA 8800GTS 320MB Superclocked Edition
    7. Creative X-Fi Xtreme Music
    8. Pinnacle Studio Movieboard Plus (requires 3.3v molex)
    9. 2x74GB 10,000rpm Western Digital Raptors (8MB Cache)
    10. Samsung 18x DVD-R/DVD-RW SATA optical drive

The below are the power input connectors:

    • J1 Battery + (un-switched battery, positive)
    • J3 Ignition (switched battery, positive. Can test by connecting it to Battery +)
    • J4 Battery -(negative) Controls and Settings
    • J6 Controls amplifier via remote ON/OFF. Left pin is RMT, Right pin is GND
    • J8/J9 To motherboard ON/OFF switch
    • J10 User jumper settings (1,2,3) Power Output Connectors
    • J2 Optional P4-12V power
    • J7 ATX power connector (to motherboard)
    • J5 To LED (optional)
