Need to work V810 board with dual core opterons

I have some boards from Celsius V810 machines, which are re-labeled Tyan S2885 board with a BIOS FSC thereof. The S2885 supports dual-core CPUs, but the Fujitsu Siemens BIOS. I would use two Opteron 275 processors in that body, but only two instead of four cores detected. The BIOS recognizes these CPUs as Reserved05. This is obviously wrong. Can anyone point me how to update the BIOS now FSC v1.10, but I cannot find a new version or just install a Tyan BIOS that supports two cores in these forums?

The plates V810 NOT just re-labeling Tyan S2885, there are some small differences in hardware. So I do not recommend trying with a Tyan BIOS unless you need nothing more than the council since V810 is not compatible with dual core CPUs (cooling?) There FSC BIOS update. If you have a replacement card or a good replacement BIOS chip UniFlash you could just use Google to flash the whole BIOS Tyan including boot block and some luck.

What I have done to the replacement of D1692 Phoenix BIOS AMI BIOS with Tyan S2885 was: I UniFlash and hotflashed AMI BIOS, including bootblock, a new replacement chip. As FSC still has the old version of the BIOS on the chip of age. A tip for easy removal of PLCC is to take a plank of contacts, cut / file / sand off the steel needle and glue the plastic handle on the PLCC chip. I hope this solve your problem.

As onboard Gbit NIC: I've finally discovered how to enable onboard Gigabit LAN Boadcom BCM5703C the OEM with Tyan S2885 D1692 BIOS tables. You just need an exacto knife. As suspected, the main difference between real and S2885 from Fujitsu Siemens D1692 is the OEM BIOS activation / deactivation of a GPIO pin W83627HF chip. The Fujitsu Siemens Phoenix BIOS allows, while the AMI Tyan a disable pin. So I drew my board and the pin 72 and is connected to the top with the pin 5 (/ WP Write Protect) AT45DB11 flash series, next to the AGP slot, and the bottom of the table to a voltage separator prepared of resistors R1094 SMD, R1093 and R1092 (4.7K), situated among BCM5703 and the AGP slot, and through it to pin 4 of the flash and BCM5703C pad.

Also check that there are heat issues with it? At least ADT7463 temperature sensor "Local" with CPU1 VRM new ATX PS2 connections must be below 44 ° C, there is the automatic shutdown. Temp1 and temp2 in front (center panel) of the W83627HF must be less than 40 ° C. Sensor values read with Speedfan. They stuck two heat sinks on the VRM power MOSFET. I recommend you to use PowerNow is automatic undervolting / underclocking CrystalCPUID multiplier.

Well buddy I don’t have any idea about this since I have never faced such kind of problems. Whenever I have any problems regarding my computer or laptop I always take help from my friend. Thus I suggest the same for you. Do not try anything by yourself you can damage some components. Always take help from the customer support center or you contact to your nearby hardware expert who can fix this problem.
