Graphic Card suggestion with Full HD playback!

Can any1 help me selecting a Very Good Graphics card in the slightly higher mid -range(not very high) , basically 4 Full HD(1080p) gaming and video playback without any glitch, Full HD monitor support .. there are quite a lot of cards around. Not quite sure which 1 is among the best at present.. My System is core i7-2600k, AMD Z68,4gb ddr3 HAF 922 red chassis .. Suggest me either of Radeon or Nvidia and y? plz.. help me out on this!

i woudl like to suggest you use the GTX 570 graphics card and this is very good card and the GTX 570 graphics card is not have much coast.
