Graphics card and mobo suggestion?

i have a p4 computer
i want to add a graphics card to it
will 3450hd work in my p4 computer
if a please suggest a motherboard for it
and mobo should support ddr2 coz i dont want to change my ram
i just want to play low requirement games like age of empires 3 call of duty 1 and 2 nfs most wanted etc
its pretty old n i dont want to spend more on it

First of you should know that you cannot upgrade a mobo or a graphics card in an already existing p4 system. Motherboard is the main component and if it is changed then accordingly, a compatible processor, graphics card and ram should also be purchased as a whole. When you say you want to use the 3450hd then you will require a PCIE supported motherboard. What is your budget for this new build by the way?

i was actually thinking to buy a socket 775 mobo with ddr2 support which will be compatible with my processor
so i was having a budget of about 6000 to 7000
2000 to 3000 for mobo and g card each
