How is the performance of Gigabyte E350N-USB3 on HTPC

I just heard about this board which is out for htpc. Those who want to go for an custom build htpc system the board is simply best suitable for the same. I am just assisting my friend to build up his on htpc and found this motherboard as one of the most suitable one. I want to go for this board but after getting some review over the same. What are the features of this board related to an htpc support. Will this be a better investment for a home theater pc.
