    Can I upgrade 1600MHz DDR3 RAM to 2000MHz?

Before few moths I have purchased 1600 MHz DDR3 RAM. It is 12 GB Corsair Dominator 1600MHz DDR3 RAM. This is most helpful on our six-core Intel Core i7-980X processor. I was installed Microsoft Windows 7 operating system on my system. Now I have listened that the new Corsair Dominator-GT 2000MHz DDR3 RAM present in the market and the performance is very good as compared to 1600 MHz DDR3 RAM. So please tell me can I upgrade it or not?

Friends you are using 1600 MHz DDR3 RAM. This is very good for performance perspective but if you compare it with the later technology then I agree that it will gives low performance as compared to the latest one such as you mentioning 2000 MHz DDR3 RAM. For speed point of view it wills also little bit slow as compared with the latest one technology that is 2000 MHz DDR3 RAM.

Corsair Dominator-GT is a most popular company developed the new technology based RAM. Before some months it launched some 3, 6 or 12 GB system memories DDR3 RAM and it provides the facility of 1600 Hz. Now he also launched the same memory size that is 2000 MHz DDR3 RAM with 12 GB system memory. This new launched RAM can be provide superior performance compared to previous one So, if you need good speed & performance you should upgrade your RAM.

Hey friends the RAM you use is DDR3 1600MHz. It requires 1.65v power supply. It supports 1600MHz CL8-8-8-24 Bandwidth. So for better video as well as speed performance you need to purchase the new latest 2000 MHz DDR3 RAM. If your work is limited to some specific purpose then it does not need but if you are play 3D games then you should upgrade your DDR3 RAM. The manufacturer company provides this up gradation facility.
