Intel Core i7 950 vs i7 930: Is there any big different between them ?

I wanted to ask this specific query to you all. Well I wanted to know is there any big difference between the Intel core i7 950 and the Intel core i7 930. The reason I am asking this is because I have heard that core i7 950 is a bit expensive than the Intel core i7 930. So I was waiting for its price to come down this month but since it’s not happening. I was thinking to go with the Intel Core i7 930. So what do you think is the Intel Core i7 930 on par with the Intel Core i7 950 or is there any huge difference between them. I am hoping that you will answer my queries as early as possible.

I don’t think so there is hardly any difference. Well the difference is obviously the price that you have mentioned. Apart from that there is a 260MHz difference in the speed of both the processors. Well the i7 950 is a bit faster than the i7 930 and nothing else. Well I have checked the features of both the processors and there is hardly any difference. So if you are planning to get a new processor then go get the i7 950 now it will not disappoint you. This is the appropriate suggestion that I can give right now.

If you are looking for a good processor in the gaming then the only processor that comes in my mind is the core i7 870 processor. Well I personally own it and it gives you a much better speed in terms of the processor speed. I have also done some research In the internet regarding the same issue and I have found that Intel i7 870 lead the way much better than the core i7 975 also. So I would advice you to have a look at this processor as well. You will be getting some idea regarding this processor. However if you have decided to go with any one of the both then as per now I would advise you to go with the core i7 930 as there is hardly any difference.

I have heard about the price fall for the core i7 950 processor it is available at a price range of $ 229. I would advise you to have another look at the website that you were talking about. Also coming to the topic about the processor speed. Well the processor speed all depends upon a good processor upon that it must be supported by a good motherboard. If a system has a good motherboard that supports good overclocking speed then you will be able to get a good performance report. Currently I am using a Intel core i7 930 processor for my system and I am just loving the way it is working. Its totally smooth and I can overclock it easily up to the 4GHz speed. So you can go with the Intel core i7 930 anytime. It will impress you with its features. I hope my suggestion helps you in solving your queries.

Ok, fine i have got the suggestion that you all are trying to explain. I will be going with the Intel core i7 930. Even I have heard about the price drop for the i7 950 processor. Still I have decided to go with this processor. On addition to you all many of my friends have suggested me to go with the i7 930 processor. So I have finally decided to go with that only.
