Best Processor for rs 10000

I want to buy Processor in the month of November for the purpose of image and video processing work. The CPU Cost should be up to Rs 10000. As far away the Intel combinations go, Core i7 in one form or another seems to be the reasonable option, and I can compare it with the Current Xeon range. After Knowing about the Intel 2011 road map, its look like sockets 1156 and 1366 are similarly hopeless and should be replacing with unsuited socket 1155. But Socket 1366 CPUs has a superior control requirements than that 1156. So if anyone can help me please reply me as soon as possible.

Intel Chipset will Cost you Rs.2300, Dual core 2.5 GHz will cost Rs2600, Nvidia Geforce 9400GT will cost-RS 3000 1 GB Ram will cost Rs 750 and DVD Writers will cost you 1200. Because from last few months I was trying to buy a CPU in the range of Rs 10000, and you r saying that it cost me only 9850. I am not sure about that because I have bought it 20 days before now may be the price of the CPU parts are reduces or it might be increases.
