If performance of your computer is low then it not means there is a always problem in your processor. If your other hardware is also not performing well then also you get this type of problem. Check your all hardware then you will get exact solution for your problem. If any of the hardware is not working well then replace it and then check your system working properly or not.

If there is a problem in a cooling of Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 processor then it give you problem. So first check for it. If problem is there then try with new CPU cooler like the rocket-fish universal CPU cooler that help you to maintain the temperature of your Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 processor and your processor work properly and give you the perfect result.

If there is a problem in your problem and you recently bought it then call your friend and tell him your problem. If there is a any problem in your hardware then you replace it in a warranty. Before going to replacement you check that hardware on another machine so you get idea about your exact problem with your computer. If problem take place on another machine then you are near to your solution. Try it.

You have a low speed problem with your computer. If your hardware not support/ compatible with each other then same problem take place. If your Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 processor not support to your motherboard then it won't properly. So first check your hardware configuration is proper or not. If your configuration is not proper then you have to reassemble your computer with proper configuration.
