I think you need to go to the Download Center of your motherboard as you can get the tuning utility from there or may be from the OS download IDCC, Actually this utility is a part of Intel desktop control center. I think there is no other way by which you can get this utility on your machine.
I'm already stumbled over it. But I thought it was something else. Time read more closely. It may be that they have renamed ncoh, or have made any other changes since the idea have come out. I'm more of a Toll like nTune, which with some settings, the whole system more and tests for stability. What you then simply run times 24 hours can with parameters.
The nTune tool for NV NV chipsets with graphics cards, it allowed the user with a few clicks and some settings, that said program automatically limit the stable operation of the entire computer in fathomed. This includes not only the CPU with all the edge parameters, or the RAM with all the edge parameters, such as V, latency, FSB etc. But also an automatic Open the graphics cards and as the PCI-E clock.
The new program with extensive configuration options for processor, chipset and memory is to continue the life easier for the overclockers. In the name of Intel Extreme Tuning Utility provides the processor the right specialist software for the new high-end X48 chipset. This allows adjustment of voltage, CPU clock and multiplier, and memory frequencies and timings and need to save profiles. The link to the BIOS promises further benefits. The support should not be limited to the high-end chipset, but will probably extend it to other products, however, depends on the hardware will probably not fully functional.
