Intel DG41RQ issue

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7. I use Intel DG41RQ motherboard. The system was working fine but after a reboot it is not able to start. I do not know what could have been the issue. Please do help me out so that I can make the implementation to be processed well.
