Hello,
I just run some moderate OC, Ram Voltage 1.6 V, CPU Voltage 1.25 V, BCLK to 150, but after a Rebote makes fax the Board. Goes on / on / off and no picture dnan, CPU fan at 100% and no picture. Battery I've already taken out for 5 minutes and reconnected the jumper, not a success. Has anyone of you an idea, what this might be?

I think I can say that you have your cpu wrecked because of the memory controller on the cpu and ram error is probably the reason I think explicitly on the boards that you should be careful with the voltages, why you take a intel board are the things to remember so real time.

Well maybe not but at normal boards for precious metal intel board is all builds possible while good intel cpus but the boards are not as the bearer. I guess I am correct here, if you need any more information I think you can visit the official site.

It has the vcore and ram voltage is increased or did i read about? It might come to test ram dude in one and the cpu, but the egg would not have the CPU or grilled? 1.6 Vdimm are still unblinking or I see something completely wrong? Temps were / are all in deep green light and constant.

That should have done absolutely nothing. At least the VCore and not the Vdimm. What made the Uncore and how these tensions have been like you do not know. But with an increase of only 17MHz of BCLK, the Board may not raise as such. I do not know what to make of it. But I guess that you would not have happened with an emergency Intel.
