Need to identify what RAM I need

never been inside the tower before so i am literally lost with all this. i want to upgrade the RAM cos im using the original 1024 that came with the pc, but i have no clue how to figure out which ram i need to buy. im going with 2 gigs because thats what is recommended for vista.

You are having the Intel Pentium 4 2.99 GHz processor. FOr this machine you need to buy the DDR2 RAM. You can add 1 GB Transcend DDR2 RAM or Kingston DDR2 RAM, which will make total of 2 GB (one existing and one new).
