Selection Of Motherboard & Processor

Hi everyone,
I am building a low budget dekstop basically for playing games(like Crysis,COD etc etc)....
I am really confused about selecting the processor and motherboard
I have initially shortlisted 3 processors which come in almost same price....Intel core i3 530,Intel quadcore 9400,AMD Phenom2 X4 945....
The AMD chip I've selected has AM3 socket.........
If I get intel chip then I'll definitely get an Intel motherboard,but i'm facing problemes selecting AM3 motherboards here(Kolkata)....can you tell me which chip I should go for....and motherboard(motherboard budget 2000-3500 rupees)...
