Resetting my laptop's battery?

Hello to all,
I have recently bought a second hand Dell Latitude CPi laptop. It is very nice laptop. It don't have any problem except one. It's battery become empty after short time. Someone said me that their is one program that can "reset" a battery. I don't know about it. Please help me in resetting my laptop's battery?

Hey it's not sound good. By resetting laptop's battery it will not affect any ore. It means that by doing this process it will not increase your batteries life. Sometimes this can help, if your laptop's battery haven't discharge for long time. You can do this in the following way.
Just turn off your laptop when your laptop's battery is in critical state and let your laptop to discharge battery fully.

I don't know whether it is working or not, but try to do following process.
1.First remove battery from your laptop.
2.Now put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
3.temperature change will refresh the battery.
4.Now again insert it in your laptop.

Hey there is no way to reset your laptop's battery. Why don't you remove your laptop's battery and run your laptop on the UPS. You can directly run your laptop on AC adapter by removing your laptop's battery. Most of the people use this steps to get rid out of this problem. By doing this you will save lot's of electricity.

To calibrate your laptop’s battery use following steps:
1:First full charge your laptop.
2.Just keep your laptop for charging 2 hours more.
3.Now unplug it and use it until it switch off with low battery.
4.Now keep it switch off for 5 hours.
5.After 5 hours again full charge it.

I also had the same problem, then one of my friend said me following steps and it really works for me. I think you also use it.
1.First full charge your laptop.
2.Now remove battery from your laptop.
3.Now keep it outside for 2 days.
4.Now again insert it after 2 days.
Now you will find some improvement in it.

Use following steps to Reset laptop's battery.
1.First disconnect your laptop from the power supply.
2.Now press power button to switch off your laptop.
3.Now take out battery pack and keep it at safe place.
4.Now press and hold power button for 60 seconds and then release it.
5.Now again put battery pack in laptop and switch on your laptop.
