You need to restart your computer, see the HP screen press F12 key, choose Diagnoses diagnostic (or hold down the Fn key to boot). Anyway, there will be 2 color stripe, will ring and it is in the detection of graphics and screen, there is no problem if the display must according to Y key. If the test has error, then please error code and description of the information recorded in English, when repair available to the engineer. This feature can be an initial diagnosis of the hardware is working.

This error that memory management has encountered a problem. Possible causes of this error more, generally because of memory failure (including the system memory, graphics memory, a variety of cache), an application software compatibility issues (especially the remote control type software, and security protection class software), NTFS volume is damaged, faulty hardware and other causes. If you encounter 0x00000050 error, the proposed safe mode try to start Windows, safe mode to see if there is no problem. 0x00000050 error because of the more common application compatibility issues, if the Start Windows in Safe Mode would not encounter 0x00000050 error, memory failure, NTFS volumes damaged, faulty hardware, and other possible reasons for the fundamental can be excluded. Then you can check there recently installed new software (especially the remote control type software and security software category). All the best.

For almost all software problems for the re- installation and are the best solution, but the drawback is the relatively long time, C drive, all data will be lost, and the driver and application software need to reinstall. So before doing this the best backup of important data disk C to avoid losses. (Safety, then the other disk can also back up important data about), after reloading the system can not install any software, only install the driver, or add an anti-virus software to test the operation of the machine. All the best.

You need to checks for new hardware is plugged in firmly, this is the question many people often overlook the many inexplicable failure. If confirmed there is no problem to unplug and then try another slot, and install the latest drivers. At the same time It should also be compatible with the control type of Microsoft website to check the hardware and operating system hardware is compatible. If your hardware is not in the table, then check for hardware manufacturers website or call their telephone consultation. All the best.

You should check whether the problem stems from a kernel stack overflow. To do this, from the computer to obtain kernel memory dump file. To make this fix effective, it must NSI Software's Double-Take Application update. This update call Io Create File Specify Device Object Hint function. This function makes the filter driver can stop in the same stack on the NTFS file system for recursive calls. To obtain this update, please contact NSI, and then ask for hotfix HF28130. All the best.
