Here we are.... can someone view this and tell me is these scores good or bad, and any idea about improving them?

Also, in my memory test, it gives efficinecy as 70%. is there a way to improve this?

Well nforce2 has the optimum tRAS value of 11.Even on Nitro memory(or BH5)its recommended to use 2-2-2-11 on an nf2 system.
NforcersHQ seems to agree on this too.
I notice a great jump in Memtest86(over 100MBPS!!!) in going from any other tRAS value to 11 and a small(10-20 MBps)in Sandra.
