AMD Phenom X4 9550 issues with Windows 7

I seem to be having major issues with my "upgrade" to Windows 7 64bit from Vista 64bit. I am using AMD Phenom 9500 with Asus M3A Mainboard with 2 GB 800Mhz DDR2 Transcend Make RAM, with XFX Make 5600GT 256 MBDDR3 Graphics Card, 160 GB Seagate SATA, LGDVD Writer. It seem to be having major issues with my "upgrade" to Windows 7 64bit from Vista 64bit. Why i'm facing AMD Phenom X4 9550 issues on my Windows 7? Any one knows about it? Kindly provide me the correct solution for the above issue.

Change to another channel on the router. If there are others close by using the same channel as you this problem can occur. To start and help narrow down your options, go to the manufactures pages and check each of the motherboards that your interested in, and check the CPU Supported list for each, then do process of elimination with the mosfet issues.

If the heatsink only is lukewarm it may indicate that there is a bad heat transfer and the heatsink may not be firmly attached on the socket and having good contact with the CPU IHS. It could also just be bad drivers as I personally reckon the manufacturers have yet to catch up with writing decent drivers for their hardware running on windows 7.

So of my opinion clearly are 68xx not enough points clearly his Mainboard the best and CPU is not to be compared also not to the QX9770. Could be an anti-virus program or a defrag that has been scheduled, have a look in all the settings for these types of applications. Go to Device Manager to the Network Adapters area, and then right click on your wireless adapter. It should be under power settings tab.
