AMD Phenom II X2 550 Black Edition Overheating Problem

I recently installed AMD Phenom II X2 550 Black Edition on my machine. The problem is When i start my computer it freezes for 5 to 8 minute and become unstable and also get beeps from my cpu. What has happened and what is the solution?Can anyone help!!!

Are all the cooling fans working? Especially the CPU fan? Clean out the fan and the heatsink thoroughly,CPU overheating could be caused by bad airflow in the case.

This problem is not related with your Phenom ii x2 550 black edition if the following conditions are true :
1 short beep : Normal POST - system is ok
No beep : Power supply or system board problem
Repeating short beeps : Power supply or system board problem
1 long, 3 short beeps : Enhanced Graphics Adapter (EGA)

Unplug your computer from the power plug > Take the side panel off >Reset your video card > Reset your RAM > It will be fine. If its still beeping that means a component is missing or disconnected, make sure your RAM and Video card are secure.
