I am planning to buy a new home PC and got 2 quotes through a source who assembles PCs. Can you pls advice if this config is good and latest? Which one should I go for from the below list and would you recommend anything different from the ones listed below?

1. My budget is under Rs 25000/-
2. Looking for gaming and playing music (good clarity)
3. Basic Windows office and Internet browsing

I will suggest this one

It will be better if you try with asus motherboard which having good performance than intel.
