sad Motherboard and Processor within Rs. 10000 for gaming and multi-tasking

Hello, I'm planning to upgrade my computer. I use computer for gaming and my pc is mostly on for download purposes.

That is why, i need a computer which can support high graphic games, and also a lot of multi-tasking. But my budget to buy motherboard and processor is very low, hence I'm not even able to go for a graphic card, which is why i have to go with integrated graphics.

My friend advised me to go with GA-MA78GPM-DS2H motherboard and AMD Phenom X4 9650. But I need to know whether these 2 fit in my budget or not. Can someone please tell me the rates of these 2?

And also, if anyone knows any better alternatives, please tell me their model numbers and rates.
