need advice on i7 system build

I need some advice on building a new intel core i7 920 system and my primary and basics use will be prolly doing some light 3d animations, high gaming, and so on. So I think atleast 4 gb of ram would be enough and I also would be overclocking the CPU to a bit so what is the air cooling equipments I can use for it. What will be that best motherboard, I have looked at the Asus P6T but that doesnt suits me well. What will be tha graphic card that I can use with it? Any advice would be appreciated.

For cooling purpose, you can go with the Noctua and Prolimatech coolers right now just to insure a little headroom on the cooling. If you go with the Asus P6T motherboard then you are limited to crossfire with this board, but I dont care since I only will ever use 1 video card (currently have the GTX 280).
