Intel Core 2 duo comparison

What is the comparison between these CPU?
I have read CPU specifications and compared all these CPU in Intel site but i don't know that much about those details.
Please tell me which one is better?

Price of these CPUs, as given in Intel site, is same i.e., 113 $.
Why price is the same while they differ in GHz?

What would be the latest (July 2009) Indian Price of these CPU?

I have decided this motherboard (ASUS P5KPL-C/1600) for one of these CPU.
Is it a good match or is there any better option?

More GHz is good think but price is the same while they difference in GHz because some parameters are exist in alternate cpu well Processor E7200 have good compatibility and performance with most motherboards
