GeForce 7050 motherboard BIOS issue

I'm having an Geforce 7050 motherboard along with AMD X2 5600+ and Windows Xp running as my operating system. The problem is that i'm unable to update my Geforce 7050 motherboard BIOS. Whenever i try to update my motherboard BIOS, it doesn't get updated. So, can any body tell me that why i'm unable to update my Geforce 7050 motherboard BIOS on my system? Does any body have any idea on the above issue? Kindly provide me the correct solution for the above issue.

To me, it sounds like ECS got a bunch of discarded motherboards and sold them anyway. You may have had a wrong connector from the power supply to the motherboard. Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver.

The ECS GeForce7050M-M V2.0 motherboard features the NVIDIA Geforce7050PV/nForce 630a integrated chipset.

Please read the notes carefully before updating BIOS.

1. Do not update the BIOS if the system is running fine. Unsuccessful BIOS flash may cause the system fails to boot up. The manufacturer is not responsible for any BIOS flash failure.
2. Make sure your M/B PCB version number first, and then read the updated description & special note carefully to check if the new BIOS version patch pertain to your current problem.
3. It is recommended to use the updated flash utility included in each BIOS download package.

Try to contact as your manufacturer or visit the official website where you can get the latest updated drivers for your GeForce 7050 motherboard. It seems to be that your drivers are not compatible with the GeForce 7050 motherboard drivers.
