I installed (2) 1gb cards that I bought from dell onto my computer and now it won't boot up at all . I removed the new memory cards and the computer still won't boot. Dell customer service says that I need a new motherboard. Does this sound correct? I'm not sure that the customer service agent undersood a lot of what I was saying. Are there any home checks I can do? I checked all of the connections inside the computer and they are OK. Please help! I'm a computer novice.
