Computer Freezes for a few seconds about every 20 seconds

I've got this computer i built a few years ago that freezes quite a bit, mouse stops moving, videos will freeze and if there's sound playing it will repeat that note until it unfreezes

I've run a full memtest cycle with 0 errors found, i've got a feeling its the processor or motherboard causing the problem. I've also got Sandra at my disposal.

System is running Server 2003. Any suggestions on how to diagnose this?

I had this same problem but fixed it by disabling my wireless card. If you have one, give it a shot. Being hard-lined is 2x as fast anyway, lol.

I have solved the problem. just remove the RAM from your computer and put it in again, you can also clean the RAM connectors with alcohol, then everything works just fine, It's not software or virus problem but just hardware.
