Seasonic or Corsair HX M?

Hello,

Wishing to change power supply, thinking for my Antec NeoPower 480W current begins to tire, I think for the replacement to take another modular and quality. Therefore, it seems best choices are either the Corsair HX or the Seasonic M. Which would you advise me?

600W / 620W / 700W / 750 W?
I understand that it consumes only what we use, apart from losses. So the electricity bill will then be roughly equivalent whether a 600W or a 700W because the cost must be substantially equivalent. But perhaps I am wrong?

Or maybe would you advise me
