Ram in laptop

Hey boys,

I just put some more ram in my laptop (Dell XPS M1530). 2 x 2GB of RAM (different brands, but both 667MHz.) Now I look at the CPU-Z and it says speeds of 333mhz under "Memory" tab, and between 200 and 400Mhz under SPD tab. I am little confused, so I took screenshots of all tabs of CPU-Z, you can see if there is something wrong? Are they all in dual-channel?

A few problems:

Your CPU should be running with a multiplier of 12 (= 2400MHz), but it may be somewhat reducing the windows. Check your BIOS on this point: Is the CPU Multiplier to set specific, it should be 6 to 12 ducks or Auto.

As far as your RAM relation to looks speed really like. But the stick in Slot 1 brakes actually stick in Slot 2. It would be best with two similar sticks in 6400, your RAM will run ~ 400 (800) instead of ~ 333 (667). Your machine will even be slightly faster for most things with only a 6400-stick of Slot 1

Concerning multiplier jumps on slightly, it is because it is a laptop, so it thrushes itself down.
