Mother Board Upgradation Support

Hello,
i currently have INTEL and processor INTEL PENTIUM D. how ever i wish to change only my mother board and not my processor.. so is there any one who could suggest me a good motherboard and i am expecting atleast 4 gb of ram.

thanks for ur guide guys. and as far as Asrock 775DUAL-VSTA motherboard is concerned, it only supporst 2 gb of ram.. am looking for some more capacity.
and Asus p5n73-am seems to be the perfect match for wat am loking for. just trtying to find out an online shop taht sells the board in india
