Memory slot with 6 GB system fails

I have an Intel DP35DPM under Vista 64x,So now I have 6 GB ram but the 4 GB gives problem with Vista. I have repaired and 4 GB are recognized. All bars run flawlessly, and Individually, these were the bars to check for Geil without error.

I would like to have In place

    1 - 2GB
    2 - 1GB
    3 - 2GB
    4 - 1GB

so if I make Boots the system fails and beeps, everything checked.

    If I now only

    1 - 2GB
    2 - --
    3 - 2GB
    4 - --

the same error. Also exchange brings Individually both work without problems.

    1 - 2GB
    2 - 1GB
    3 - 1GB
    4 - GB

Does the system correctly.I have the same error with 8 GB when the system does not start. I can not explain. All bars are as accepted by the Board with DDR2 - 800 even the same manufacturer. My system is sufficiently cooled only thing I am in the Bios the MCH temperature over 70 degrees, with the last variant.

But even with a "cold" start of another 6 GB version is not the system starts. is that temperature problem. I hope someone has an idea.

    Have you ever tried:
    1 - 2GB
    2 - 2GB
    3 - 1GB
    4 - 1GB
This is the asynchronous dual-channel mode.

    hi,
I do not think so, because of the dual thought this should be possible therefore always equal to 1GB or 2 GB on the blue slots
