    AMD Phenom X4 II 940 + 4 Ram slots

    hi,
the new AMD unable to support Ram with 4 slots for full speed 1066 MHz. I would like 4 * 2 Gb construction, since I am much more graphic user and CAD processing execute on the computer. Since the processor but I also like to over clock, I am superior to the memory to 800 to run and not only the multi-levels, but also to the FSB. Do you believe this would work?

Second question, how big is about the percentage difference from 800 to 1066 Mhz? Are the 20% as it stands in the name?

Get DDR2 800 CL4 and DDR2 1066 CL5 RAM, the clock at lower (ie 400Mhz / DDR2 800) which creates CL4. Then, in most applications are not noticeable. Because most interested in rather than the latency for bandwidth.

But even with regular DDR2 800 CL5 are usually rather 0-2%, except in extreme cases up to 10%.

Ram in the list of the board manufacturer. Packages can not say whether it works or not. Performance difference between 800 and 1066 in real applications are about 1%.
The FSB at AMD completely unimportant. The Ram is no longer overclocked.
