AMD Phenom II x4 920 vs AMD Phenom II x4 940

Hi,

I have a option of AMD Phenom II x4 920 and AMD Phenom II x4 940 and i know that the 940 is better then the the 920 and 920 is cheaper .

If i go with the 920,, i can overclock it and make it performance boost as 940 .

What do you think? am i right with the 920 (saving few $) or i should go with the performance ?

The 940 is better, it has an unlocked multiplier which is better for overclocking, which means you can overclock further than the 920.

AMD Phenom II x4 940 can reach up to 3.6ghz ,, and it is not possible for 920 . so it is better to go with the 940 if money is not the issue .

Can anyone show some benchmarks of 920 & 940 models!
