Here is what you can get. which is less than 75k.
    • Intel Quad Core Q9450 : 15k
    • ASUS P5Q Pro : 8.5k
    • 2x2Gb Kingston DDR2 800 RAM: 3k
    • Western Digital 640Gb HDD: 3.5k
    • sony/samsung DVD writer: 1.1k
    • Cooler Master Elite 330 cabinet: 1.8k
    • CoolerMaster Extreme Power 600W : 3.5k
    • Sapphire HD4870 : 18k
    • Logitech Cordless Keyboard + Mouse MX 3200 Laser: 4k
    • Speakers based on you budget (Logitech/Altec Lansing/Creative)
    • APC 650VA UPS: 3k

As you have already bought the 19" monitor you can spend money on graphics card or processor. go for Intel Core i7.

    Hi...!
I suggest you go for intel cause AMD suckz... Ever wondered why AMD is so cheaper then Intel... Actually AMD has pre-overclocked processors and need a lot of cooling then Intel... AMD won't give you the performance what intel can give you...
And go for ATi 4850x2 1GB. Its the best Graphics card with dual GPU....! Now thats what you call a Gamer Card...!
    All the Best...!
