Processor Lags with Certain Word 2007

    hi there.

I am having problem with my processor performance.
As I enter in task manager the CPU usage shows above 50%.
I work a lot Microsoft office and has installed Microsoft enterprise 2007, and to add more it is running a bit slow when I scroll through pics. I saw the CPU usage and it shows very much less. I also use bibliography tool which opensy slowly in 10secs and everything is lags. As i open bibliography tool, CPU usage is 50% using about 800mb of ram.

Please help me with this problem

The voltage change you experience is normal, when under load voltages do drop, if its a stable drop meaning its not going up and down every second there's nothing to worry about.
Same with 3dmark 06 i know no one that can get higher than 5fps on it.

The lag and slowdowns could be due to your PSU, how many Amps are on the 12v.

first thing to do is clean everything gpu/cpu/psu/case fans/heatspreaders/heatsinks you can with compressed air. Just get that out of the way.
Just guessing here but I see that mobo has all sorts of fancy features for cool-fan, stack cool and other ASUS only features. Try setting the CMOS back to defaults and then disabling everything you can in the BIOS setup including those and any pci devices you're not using.

immediately bring up Task Manager > Processes & click on the word "CPU" at the top of the column. This will sort the proccesses according to CPU usage (you may have to click it twice to bring the "users" to the top).

Other than that, have you scanned for viruses, spyware, checked the MSCONFIG list?
