    Re: RAM error?

The problem may occur due to followin issue:
    • An address that was referenced improperly.
    • An IRQL that was required to access the memory.
    • The type of access, where 0 is a read operation and 1 is a write operation.
    • The address of the instruction that referenced memory in parameter 1.

    Re: RAM error?

One or more of the random access memory (RAM) modules that are installed in your computer are faulty, or the memory modules are not compatible with the chip set on your computer mainboard. The Page file that is used by the Virtual Memory Manager may be damaged.

In most cases, this error message appears when the computer shuts down.

This behavior occurs because the file system driver did not place a reference count against a volume device object, and the object was being deleted before the current input/output (I/O) operation had completed.
