Graphical Error Problem with ATI HD 2400PRO

The problem is: in some games, as I have with WoW, gothic 3, and more that I do not remember, SYSTEMATICALLY ends like this:

This happens to me at any resolution I play, whatever level of detail.

The drivers are updated, and the directx, 9.0c (I xp).
the rest of the PC is a AMD 2x2100 DualCore, 2gb ram, wow requirements largely exceeded.

which video driver you have currently in your system and to check your Graphic card using GPU-Z

The latest catalyst taken from the site today. clean pc from the earlier and later installed. nothing.
