Worst experience with INTEL motherboard REPLACEMENT

    hi
i had problem with my mother board
    my configuration is :
    cpu: Intel® Pentium® D Processor 925
    motherboard:intel D946GZIS AZIS 711007BN AA D66165-501
    video : nvdia gforce7400

Some how my motherboard had got problem and its within warranty.
my computer assembler is out of state .so i try to do something by my self

i calledto main chennai number after lots of criticizing they provide me mumbai vender name and number of Redington india limited tel:32162838

Redington india limited took my complaint for my intel mother board replacement and i got the replacement on 22/12/2008.
the replaced mother board number AZIS711007BN AA D66165-501.wen i got the mother board via courier on that day i was in hurry to go to hyderabad so i connected it and didnot get used it till 4/1/2009 i came back from hyderabad on 4/1/2009, wen i started using it i was facing problems such as following
1> turning off of computer after 3 or 4 hours.
    2> no signal to monitor.

that motherboard is not new its old one with rust and cuts .so replacement is nonsense .
so when again i went to redington india limited in mumbai (pick up center) to give my mother board for replacement they were not accepting it, by saying it has track cuts on it.
please can any body suggest me what to do now .

Re: Worst experience with INTEL motherboard REPLACEMENT

    my experience was like this,
i called intel cust. care and some guy explained what to do for something about 20 min(my mobo was giving some problem like not starting and blue screen.)
finally he gave me compaint no.and told that they will replace it.then i went to redington for replacement there they checked the mobo and gave me back told told that its not replaceable cause it is faulty piece.
the reason for faulty piece they gave me was that "capacitors bulged".
now tell me whats my fault in that or my mobo's?
doesnt that mean they have got me a low quality capacitors on board?
    fianl resolution-
i went to some hardware repair shop, he saw the mobo and immediatly recognised that it has returned from intel ie redington and also told me that redington are thier one of clients.he just replaced capacitors.
    the cost - 200 Rs.
    problem solved.
