Motherboard to overclock Core2 Quad Q6600

I'm looking for a good motherboard to overclock my Core2 Quad Q6600 3GHz +

Browsing internet several choices focused on a Gigabyte GA-P35 but not as I found on sale!

You can also take a ASUS P5Q Pro, very good for overclocking. Another one in this list is Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R.

I will also support P5Q motherboard and derivatives. Otherwise Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3R is also good. But I have a preference for ASUS motherboards.
