Which one is better Asus P4B533 or Asus A7VBX-X

My standard PC is equipped with an X-A7VBX Asus motherboard with an AMD processor in 3000. My 2nd PC which I also want to use has a P4B533 Asus motherboard with an Intel Pentium P4 2300 Mhz processor. The motherboards look at first glance almost identical.

Can someone tell me what the difference is between the two motherboards / processor speed? Which of the two is the best (also with a view to possible use of Vista 32 bit). Each parent board has AGP 1x and 6x PCI slots.
What's the difference in memory ?

the pentium is 2.3GHz against 1.8ghz. memory is interchangeable if to max PC2100 DDR Memory at the asus p4b533 sign. asusp4b533 Finally has agp 4x and 8x support .

I am not agree with you!
Why do you underestimate AMD processor.Because they claim that this is as fast as a P4 3000! And believe me, there was a time of intel P4's! but now It's a bit different.
