I don't know what boards you can get in your country. You should take a bit of time and do some shopping to see what you like and can afford. Then, when you have a list, do some research on each board to se if there are any known issues with each. Be patient, as an educated choise is the best bet to get the most value/preformance/options for your $.
I will say ECS/Pcchips AND BIOSTAR use cheap capacitors on their boards and are known to crap out after 2-4 years. Asus/ Gigabyte/Asroc/Msi/XFX boards are of a higher quailty BUT do have their junk as well.
Like I said.....pick some boards and do some research.
