Athlon 64 x2 4850 x htpc

Hello to all,
I need Advice.
I want to replace the old processor of athlon xp1700 + with a new x htpc media center. I look at the portfolio and saw the AMD Athlon 64 X2 4850 which I think has the built-sv. I will use BluRay future but not much media center images and especially quiet. What is a Mainboard for this procedure to spend as little as possible but complete?
I recommend this procedure?

The processor is great for htpc ....
does not heat anything, and offers excellent performance multimedia ....

The fan is always the minimum number of turns and is inaudible ... This is because the processor does not heat anything ... think that my case is often only 9cm ...
