For about a week ago I built a PC. Everything went quite well but then I was not able to go on the network. I thought that there was something wrong with the motherboard because I tried no. of times and installed drivers and switched between Vista / XP.
I sent the card back to the retailer. But they rejected the card because it was physically damaged. There are more bent pins in cpu shelf. They also said that this is user fault and so it is not covered under warranty.
This shock me, because this is not the first PC I had build! I had built around 15-20 PCs, and I am not at all unaware of things!
I have also installed a Zalman 9700 cpu cooler. This is in a way my fault yes, but I have built numerous PCs with just this motherboard and this cpu cooler, but something has happened!
Should I just take it as a mistake, or what you believe?
