How can I find a compatible RAM for my motherboard

Well, I want to add memory on my laptop. But I am bit confused as to what memory should I go for and will it be compatible to my motherboard. Could you please enlighten me? I am using IBM Thinkpad T60 laptop with 1GB of RAM.

Generally, RAM manufacturers have tools on their site to find compatible one's.
