    PC shutdown problem

    Two days back when I click Start>Turn off Computer.then it shows "Windows is shutting down,Saving your settings" then it hangs there for an hour.I have to use power button to turn of my pc. any ideas ?

    It happens sometimes when windows is running some program that it can't close.make sure that all the program is closed before you shutdown your pc.

    Hey there can be many causes for your problem,but the most common one is “nVidia Driver Helper” service.i don't know what it does,but it sure can cause shutdown problems.Here's how to disable it:

    Go to Start > Run and type services.msc. Locate the nVidia Driver Helper item and right click it. Select Properties. Set the startup value of the service to “Manual” or “Disabled”.
